At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

This is a great bike for the intermediate ebike rider. I bought it in the winter and unfortunately had to wait to take it out, due to the weather for a month. Honestly, that sucked because I was so excited. I had been looking to upgrade from a 750W bike.
Anyhow, this bike has power! Which I am so thankful for. We live in the foothills of the Southern Ozarks and hills are plenty here. Some hills have the most ridiculous grades, it makes you wonder if the roads are legal. This bike has the power to go up them which is great because I am 50 and well... it's not as easy as it once was.
I spent months watching videos and going through reviews. I didn't want to spend a fortune but didn't want to go with cheaply made either. I decided to give Jasion eb5 st a try. I bought direct because it really is a better deal. The bike is easy to set up for anyone with bike knowledge. I did change the seat but that's because I have a bad lower back. But kept the seat it came with (we have other ebikers in our family).
Quality wise, it's great. The range great, considering my husband's ebike hybrid gets low on a ride and I am barely down a bar. I haven't really gone the max range but that's not what I bought it for. We have a bike trail that is about 26 miles round trip just down the hill from us. It goes through the town to the lake and back. My husband is a little jealous and is looking at getting one soon.
I got the bike to go to town, for work, shopping and for the trails. When the weather is nice and I don't have to drive.
All in all, I am happy with my purchase. Should last me quite a few years to come.
I would recommend more photos and info of installing the pet basket. I have a morkie who would like to ride and the old traditional pet basket will not work on this bike. So, I am now in search of a new one but I want to make sure it is very secure.
My Step Through roamer arrived well packed and cushioned. Definitely use the video to assemble your bike. The instructions in the manual you can print from the website are terrible, vague, and not even in the right order for assembly. There are many omissions, such as what the icons mean on the top of the battery, how to use the on/off switch on the battery and why/when, and how or when to use the throttle. But aside from the manual, the bike itself is good. It's heavy - 65 lbs with the battery in - but everything worked right out of the box for me. Nice derailleur, all the electronic displays work, and lights as well. The seat is too narrow and hard for me, so switched it out from my old bike. I rode 16 miles on it's virgin ride and only 1/4 of the battery was used. The handlebars curve back toward the rider a little, which is very helpful to be able to sit up straight on the bike. The power in the pedal assist is quite good, even more than needed in level 1. It's a good bike for the money.
Absolutely the best ebike and so much fun to ride! It's so easy to use anywhere you go.

At 77 I decided to give up driving, so after I sold my car, and doing lots of research, I bought this e-bike. It is very sturdy and well-made. It only took me a day to get used to driving it. I am really enjoying the ride!
Easy assembly. Customer service is fast to respond. A small bracket was broken during shipping and they sent the replacement right away.
