At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We’ve had our two bikes for several weeks, and love them! We ordered them on a Monday, got them on Friday of that week. Beautifully packaged, no damage, and they assembled quickly—I think it took more time to unbox them and pick up the packing material then it took to assemble them.
We’ve put sbout 30 miles on them, on the flat, uphill and down, and were impressed with the power and effortless hill-climbing capabilities.
I’ve had a couple of questions about how to reset the miles on the odometer and I got email responses the next day—complete with a video demo! Couldn’t ask for better service.
I purchased 2 Roamer ST bikes for my wife and I and the bikes are exactly as advertised. When I began looking at the bikes on the website, I reached out via email to ask a few questions. Jay from the support team respended within minutes with answers to my questions. He also called me just to introduce himself and ask if I had any additional questions. This sealed the deal and I ordered. The bikes were ordered on Wednesday and delivered the following Wednesday. I assembled and went on a test ride. The bikes are very well made, have all of the features I wanted in an ebike. It certainly has some power and it will take a little to get used to as they are our first ebikes. I highly recommend the EB5 Roamer ST. Thanks Jasion!!
We live in Southwest Florida and it gets miserably humid in the summer and it’s hard to do anything active past noon. These e-bikes allow my wife and I to get some biking in even though it’s 93•F+ & humid. Can pedal for health benefits, but also use battery power to just ride and not exhaust myself as quickly. They’re lots of fun.
We love our Jasion bikes. They are very fast and the electric assist makes it much easier to handle hills. Very satisfied. Did have a few issues with damage during shipping by the company sent replacement parts very quickly. Would recommend. These two bikes costs less than my one old bike.
We really like our EB5 Roamers! We have had them two months and did about 5 rides. Difficult to find a lot of time to ride when we both work full time. Easy set up and easy charge. Makes riding a bike very fun.

Bought the package, received them and was better then what was expected. Took them to local bike shop to have them look them over. To my surprise local bike shop was impressed. Perfect for the beginner and even our 10 yr old and 13 yr old like them and can operate them easily. Very well built for the prices.
We don’t have any previous experience to relate to our new bikes, but they definitely make biking enjoyable! The PAS settings are maybe a little fast for us, where if you keep pedaling the electric bike takes you to the maximum speed for the power level. Pretty easy to assemble and set up, We already have 20 miles on them just tiling around town, the battery indicator just dropped off of full, so it looks like we can go for quite a ride yet before recharging.
Arrived on time. About thirty minutes each to assemble. . Fun & comfortable to ride. Can’t wait to take them on our next camping trip.
