At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. The EB5 Roamer Series is Jasion's first model equipped with 26" x 2.25" puncture-resistant Michelin tires, with a maximum load capacity of 400 pounds. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I received my Jasion Roamer ST and assembled it that afternoon. Remover the battery and allowed it to charge. I never rode an e-bike before. I couldn’t justify the money that a lot of e-bikes cost. This one seemed like a pretty good deal . Installed the battery and tried it out. This bike will take off quickly. Takes some getting use to, especially the pedal assist. The seat is not comfortable. I’ll be getting another seat. Seems to be a quality bike for the price

Since I’m broke and can’t afford to pay cash for insurance in this economy, let me tell you this bike is a game changer! I will say the battery kind of drains a lot when you’re mobbing it to work or anywhere you gotta go. It’s a cruiser bike, but I love this thing. My favorite feature is the turn signals and I love how we have the basket attached to the bike. It doesn’t move, like it stays in one place. This bike will make u feel like a badass
