My first EBike and I love the look and ride.
Lights and signals adds an extra layer of safety.

As mention above two EB 5, Romer ST ‘s were purchased, which are the step through bikes. The white one came on Monday within two weeks from ordering and the light green one is back ordered for another two weeks. I knew about this before the purchase that they were waiting for inventory.
The bike was well packed with padding, but unfortunately, the headlamp was broken during shipment. Customer service is working on the replacement. Unfortunately, no manual ships with the bike so it’s best to watch the YouTube video online and request from customer support to send you out a PDF of the manual. This will give you a better idea where the parts go. It took about 45 minutes to put the bike together as I was taking my time not to have to go back and repeat a step. Most items just bolt on. Upon testing the bike, the front brake was dragging so I did have to realign the disk to get it centered in the caliper . Watch a YouTube video on this and make sure you get the right one because some of them like to make it more complicated than need on how to adjust it. Really you only need to loosen a couple bolts and Center the brake shoes with even space on each side with even clearance. Tighten and recheck the clearance. For safety please recheck your front wheel bolt for tightening with the lever. After riding at the first day, I noticed it had loosened up a bit so you want to make sure you have that tight enough. I probably did not tie as much as I should have from the beginning So far customer service has been great to work with between live calls and emails to customer support. We did get two baskets as well and they do not ship them until after you receive your bike. It was explained to me because with the promotion right now it is a free item and if you were to cancel, it would be hard for them to get the basket back. When I last checked mine are on the way, we’ll see.
I took it for a short ride the first day and found it to be very comfortable and quite quick. I was surprised how easily and smoothly it shifted.
Make sure you start off slow and get used to your bike and the speed before riding a great distance.
I have the control panel on full brightness, but I wish it would go up higher because here in Florida the sun tends to be pretty bright. Not sure how to overcome the display being hard to read. The next day I took the bike for about a 12 mile ride and it was very comfortable and of course most of the roads are pretty good here in this area in Florida. I live About 10 minutes from the beach by car so now I can take the bike there and enjoy a ride on the way. I did get the free bike lock which it’s a little lighter in thickness than most that I see on the market at this price point. You might want to hold out for a heavier one so your bike will be A bit more secure when you lock it. Please remember that bike locks are just a deterrence to help slow someone down from taking it. If you research them online it is very difficult to find one that they can’t eventually cut through with the right tools. It’s all about checking on your bike periodically and not leaving it out, especially overnight to tempt someone. I guess the only real disappointment I have is that the headlight came broken.and the control panel is not bright enough.
Hopefully customer service will send the new light soon. I’m still going to give Jasion a five star review, because of the great price point that they have it at and the free items that they are offering you in this promotion. It is a bit heavier than some, but I accept that it looks heavy duty and in an affordable pice range. I also purchased the optional saddlebags and you will see this in the picture on the bike. They’re going to offer some really good additional storage space if you want to stop and do a little shopping. The straps on the basket that go around the bike frame worry me as they hang still near the spokes. I solved that by adding a couple zip ties around the frame and strap ensure that they don’t move around. Hoping to figure out a way to add my basket on top of these bags. In closing It is quick, Smooth with kool bike with signal lights in the rear, horn and front locking shocks. I do know that I will be looking for a wider saddle seat to make it a bit more comfortable to ride. This one’s a little firm and narrow.
Lastly, I am thinking about adding a helmet for my self. I’ve noticed that people don’t pay much attention to you similar to like the old motorcycle riding days when they just don’t see you Or look for you. You can get these bikes up to 25 miles an hour and going down at that speed is definitely going to hurt especially at my age. I also ride with my lights on all the time.

l have never owned a e bike before and didn’t know what to expect.
Would have been very helpful to have gotten assembly instructions plus how to operate this e bike.. I had to learn it on my own.
Takes a little getting used to use to the sudden burst of power when you start to paddle. It really wants to go .
It is a very good looking bike and comfortable to ride.
I would say for the price it’s a good buy.

Just got my hands on the Jasion Roamer ST, and boy, am I impressed! This baby packs a punch without breaking the bank.

As of this typing I am very happy with my Jason Bike.
Only rode a little since we have had lots of rain here in NE Pa.

My bike arrived two days ago. I watched a YouTube video to complete assembly. No owner’s manual or instructions were included in the box.

Shipment came from California to Chicago. Final delivery was delayed a few days by FedEx (local delivery).

So, I encountered a few minor hiccups. Now, I’m off a riding — just a few miles so far. I can’t testify to the range/battery life yet. Lights and blinkers are great additions for suburban riding.

We ordered 2 bikes and are really having fun with them. Strongly recommend. Great value

Easy to put together Only took about 30 minutes after watching YouTube video. The bike has a lot of pep to it. My only complaint is it took five weeks to receive it from time of order. there was no communication from the company that there would be a delay in shipping my bike I had to reach out every time. Customer service did respond back right away so that’s a plus.

My ebike arrived as promised. Was very easy to put together. Approximately 1 hour* I had to call back and ask about my free basket that was offered. Cs assured me that it will arrive in 1 week. ( but you have to call and ask for it)

Already have electric bike but wanted to try step thru for city riding. Has a few differences from e-mountain, but just getting used to it. Love the extra accessories. Not a fan of handle bar but that’s a preference. Replaced with mountain bike type handle bar. Nice power handles hulls with ease
