48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. What's your shipping policy?
Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.

Great Bike!
Bike ride 30 days hacking very nicely easy to put together and out for a ride of 35 mi good and wild time. Did some gravel and dirt hills handled very nicely little heavy.
The bikes, have been fun to ride throughout the neighborhood. We’re getting ready to takeoff on a camping trip. We will really get a good feeling on how they work at that point in time so far they’ve been great.
Received my pair of bikes, put both together in less than a hour and was out enjoying them. Don’t regret getting them!!
Bikes are solidly built and everything seems to work fine. Bought the saddle bag and it is a bit difficult to install and it runs the rear tire…have played with it and it seems to clear now…
Easy to operate and my wife was comfortable after about 5 miles riding around neighborhoods with slight elevation changes.
Have had for a couple of days and bikes are performing well.
Bought X-hunters for the wife and I to get us off the couch this spring. We are having a blast riding around the community. Fitted mine with a cooler for cool beverages for a mid-trip break. Plan on getting a Jasion saddle bag soon to take over the cooler detail and other trip needed equipment.
Received both of our X Hunter bikes here in CO. So far really like them. I had some questions and customer service got right back to me. Still winter up here so have not had them on a long ride yet. Seemed to be well made and are definitely fun.
