What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I purchased these bikes approximately one month ago now. I have over 50 miles on them with no complaints. They came in packed very secure and had no damage upon arrival. They were quick to put together. My only complaint is the headlight on my EB7 2.0 green in color has a dimer headlight then my EB7 ST white in color. They are different and appears the white one has LED headlight where the green one does not. Overall they are wonderful bikes for a wonderful price. I would highly recommend. They also fold up perfectly and fit in the back of my Kia soul.
Been well pleased with the bikes got the eb7 2.0 for me and the eb7ST for my wife she’s loves it. Fast shipping and easy to assemble easy to store folds easy and to heavy. Have had good customer service have no problems. Would buy again

Great bikes. So much better than I thought they would be. Looked at ads and reviews of the fold up bikes and kept coming back to Jasion. Price, features, and reviews were better than all the rest. Deal for buying 2 bikes was the icing on the cake. Enjoying the ride.
The bikes are awesome, no troubles at all. Getting them after ordering direct from Jasion, however, is a different story. I ordered 2 in stock (according to the website) bikes on April 28th. I also ordered 2 Explorer Kits the same day. The website promised immediate shipping and receipt within 5 days. I received 1 of the 2 bike combo I ordered on May 14th. I called support to ask about the other bike. After being on hold for about 20 minutes, the person I spoke to told me the 2nd bike was out of stock and they didn't expect any until the end of JUNE. I asked if they were going to inform me of this and was told that is not their policy. He did offer to let me change color to an in stock bike, which I accepted. He also told me the Explorer Kits would be shipped that day. They still haven't shipped a week later.
Only have ten miles on it but I love it so far!
I bought the combo for my wife and I and we have loved them! I love how easily I could attach the trailer to pull the kids. We love the pedal assist and the different speeds so we can cruise with the kids or fly across town! I work from home and our town is some what small and i have not used my car for anything around town. I love riding the bike now! The kids love going on the bike rides too!
I've been riding it for a week now and really like everything about it. Updated features and so on. I ordered the combo deal of two EB7's but only one was shipped for now and the other one is backordered for two weeks. The tail light standoff bolt was bent out of the box and plastic craecked, but Jasion is working on getting a replacement sent. The welds look great. I'm happy, but would like the other bike to arrive so both my Wife and I could ride together.
