All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.

We ordered our two bikes on Wednesday evening and received them Monday. Excellent speed and shipping. Great condition when arrived, easily put together with tools that are supplied from the company and instructions in the box.havent road much yet but there are so fun to ride
My half of the combo bikes arrived and I’ve been riding this fantastic bike! We can’t wait for the other bike so my wife can ride with me to enjoy the smooth , fun ride this E bike provides! I can’t wait to send you a picture of the both of us! My neighbors can’t believe what a great bike the Jasion bike is and they’re considering getting a couple for themselves.
The blue color is fantastic. My wife and I love them. You can’t go wrong with these bikes. They are very easy to setup out of the box. They even have a YouTube video to watch if you need help. My wife and I have had great bike rides in Montana. You’ll enjoy them too.
Great bike for coin, plenty of power and fast enough make you think twice about checking the top speed of these bikes. Make sure you know they weigh in at a hefty 65lbs. Other that the weight bikes are awesome. The head lamp is cool and the turn signals in the day time are useless.
Overall, they are very happy with the exception of directions in the book. However, he did call customer service and was able to connect with someone.
