We love our new bikes. They are easy to load and unload in the rv for travel. We have taken them from Galveston Texas to the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Great battery life on both bikes. You should join in on the fun.

We ride everyday on the trails close to where we live with our friends. Great exercise and the trails are through the woods it’s so beautiful and enjoyable with these new bikes. So happy we bought them. We recently retired so we will be enjoying riding. Our grandchildren love riding them too.

Love the bikes, have done a few upgrades which I have posted in the Community section if interested. Wife and I have ridden rails to trails and have a little over 75 miles on them with no issues. We are both seniors and the e-bike is a blessing and make biking enjoyable

Arrived on time with excellent packaging. Awesome suspension on the X Hunter and very comfortable seat. EB7 ST seat not as comfortable.

We have ridden our bikes 5 times now and we love them! We got the X-Hunter and EB7 2.0 ST combo. Yes, there was some confusion with the delivery e-mails and not the easiest process for getting questions answered through their customer service, but I ended up getting the bikes and all is good. Bikes were easy to assemble. Make sure you check all the nuts and bolts as some come loose. Learned this on ride #3 when the handlebars came loose. Lots of power. Great shifting mechanism. Displays are bright and easy to read. Bikes are very heavy! Add your body weight and remember this when the brakes don't work as well as on a lighter bike. Takes longer to come to a full stop. Brakes are good, but need to be adjusted for better stopping power. All in all, these are great bikes for the price. Yes, might need to get them professionally adjusted for optimal braking, but other than that, definitely recommend these bikes.

My wife got the EB7 ST and I got the X-Hunter. Have only had a chance to ride the a mile or two but this is my 2 cents.

1. Assembly went great. Everything was there and fit as designed.

2. Plenty of power and good acceleration.

3. Comfortable ride, suspension is awesome.

I’m looking forward to putting some more miles on this weekend.

The fulfillment process as Jasion calls it was somewhat frustrating. The website claimed the order was unfulfilled for several days after my order. When I asked for a refund and to cancel it was suddenly fulfilled. FedEx then took 4 days to pick up the order and only had an update that on shipping label was not legible. I ordered on April 29 and finally received on May 14 with little to no updating. Web site said 3-5 days so this was frustrating and disappointing.

I am looking for accessories but the prices are very high on the website. I’m hoping that if I do have any issues that the customer service is better then the delivery process.

There is potential for Jasion to take over the e-bike industry but these problems need to be addressed. Overall I’m happy with the build of our bikes!!

We received our bikes a little less than 2 weeks from the day of order placed and we absolutely love them! The quality and comfort of the ride is amazing! I can't say enough about these bikes and how much fun it has been to ride. Communication electronically with the company was great and tracking my shipment was easy. I am really enjoying the outdoors for the first time in a long while.
