What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Hubby bought the combo package foldable e-bikes for him and I. EB7 2.0 Black for Him. EB7 ST White for me. First time E Bikers. I had been telling him I wanted them for camping. We’ve used them for so much more. Gone on the trails with friends. Riding neighborhoods. Love the style, durability, Comfortable on and off roads and trails. Seen many other brands and have to say ours are the best for us. Mine the EN7 ST. Style with easy step through on and off. Perfect for this 62 yr old. Easy shifting gears. Only need 1-2 with peddle assist. Fast enough for me. Easy assemble (watched husband). The only negitive is long rides need a more comfortable seat. Will buy soon.
