Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.

It will take 4-5 hours.

The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.

I am video my husband on his x hunter bike we got the xhunter combo...he is loving it. he doesn't no how to video .so I am not in the video we are having fun. thank you jasionbike. they are worth the price not as heavy as we thought they would be. I would recommend it for everyone. the price is affordable. great when you can fold them up if you don't have a truck. just put it in your rv or car. thank you again
We love our new X-Hunter and EB7-St bikes. Thery were very easy to set up, they are very comfortable, smooth, and great battery life. I highly recommend these bikes!
I am 69 years old male with health conditions and doctors told me that I need to exercise I received the bike in the mail on time and saves three months just to get enough money to buy the bike. The bike came in the box scared it first don’t do well with putting things together but to my surprise, the bike came assembled. The only thing I had to do was to put the knot on the handlebars And the pedals everything else was done fenders lights, taillights everything and I have to say it was quite amazing. The bike is terrific. It has a lot of power, and I think I’ll be able to get enough exercise on it because some of this old people have to exercise as soon as I save up enough money. I’m gonna end up buying one for my wife the bike was almost 100% assembled took the paper off no damage everything worked just as explained and very happy with the bike. If you’re looking for a bike that needs nothing to do but ride it this is the one for you, sturdy, built well and it fast, anyway, I would highly recommend this product to anybody especially some of us senior citizens who need a little bit of exercise this bike should do the trick
Great bicycle, plenty of power. Just what I wanted.
I have only had time to ride 20 miles since I got my E-bike. I’m impressed with the power and have found that assist level 1 is all I need most of the time. This gets me 10MPH most of the time and even assist level 2 goes faster than I need. I really like it so far. The battery is still showing full.
I recommend these bikes to anyone. they are pretty cool thank you jasionbike.and are affordable. get the combo we did me and my husband
