Did a lot of study with Jasion even comparing the company with others like Lectric and Evelo Bikes. Chose Jasion because of the bike qualities relative to their price point.
The sale marketing and online reviews were generally positive. We were pleased to find out that the e-bikes were of good quality and very satisfied with their styling, power and features.
The jury is still out on customer service (ongoing). We did not receive the bikes from FedEx due to delivery to the wrong address. Both Jasion and FedEx sent emails stating delivery and that physical signing was NEEDED. The bikes are an expense that NO ONE would like to lose. When we emailed both FedEx and Jasion, response was VERY slow. Our belief was the fault was with FedEx but obviously both were not in sync especially with us. FedEx also stated that there was ONE package when clearly Jasion sent two. Left/right hand coordination is a very common problem these days as more and more products are ordered online.
A small part was missing from one our our package. When we emailed a request to
either fulfill that part OR suggest what we can do to obtain it, there has been NO follow up on our request. With us ordering directly from Jasion and NO Jasion recommended service shop near our area, we can only imagine what it would be like if a significant part was needed by us. With the initial non communication and the lack of support we are a little disappointed because the bikes are working very well and seemingly is not matching Jasion customer service.
