At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Bike is wonderful! Fairly easy to assemble. Looking forward to many miles of easy touring.
Excellent buy for the money. Bike was packaged securely, no damage. Very easy to assemble all items fit perfectly. It's a very good looking bike that's just as good as the other bikes that cost you 2,000 or more. My wife loves it I'm even considering to buy one for myself.
Crate delivered in good condition, no damage. Easy assembly with video and booklet information. Since this was my first experience riding an E-bike and eat there could have been better instructions on shifting. After a half hour ride I felt comfortable and it became second nature. I felt it was a good buy for the features and comfort offered at this price point.
Haven't ridden it that far yet but what I have it seems awesome. I love the size because it allows me to pedal without assist and is not that hard, so I still get a workout. However, when I do need assistance it is awesome and fast! I think I am going to love it. Very easy to assemble for my husband. Awesome price!!
Got my EB 5 bike in early September. At first I was a bit daunted at the prospect of assembling it. However, the YouTube video made it about a 90 minute job, no big deal. It has been a blast to ride. I'm at about 150 miles. My favorite part is the thumb throttle. When you are at a stop sign, and cars are coming, the throttle gives you plenty of punch to get across the street.
Purchased the EB5 and EB5 st for the girlfriend and I. We have used it 3 times since we bought 10days ago. So far they are exactly what we wanted. Great purchase
Wasn’t sure if it was going to be a good purchase. They all look pretty on the website, but when I received my box and started putting together, I was pretty impressed with the quality and workmanship right from the beginning of the bike was packaged and secured once it was put together, I realize this pretty nice bike well-made well designed and great. I totally recommend this product to anyone looking for a new bike.
