At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. Samsung 48V11A Battery
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V11A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. Jasion's exclusive design of left and right turn signals is not found in other electric bikes on the market. When a turn is needed, simply gently activate the turn signal button on the handlebars to let vehicles behind you know your turning intention, thereby safeguarding your commuting safety. Even if the lighting system is not in use, the left and right turn signals can remain active, ensuring you receive consistent warnings and protection throughout your journey.

Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I like how light this bike is and smooth, although you better be hanging on when it takes off. Comfortable riding position. No problems yet but only have 300+ miles on it. Love it so far.
I was very surprised at how fast my new bike came. It did not have the free basket as promised but after contacting Jasion, it was promised its on its way!
Not gonna lie at first I thought I got scammed, the advertisement says ships in 3 to 5 business days but what they don’t tell you is that presale means it doesn’t ship for potentially months so not 3 to 5 business days. Even the confirmation email I received said 3 to 5 business days. However, they were responsive after a couple days and shipped my bike and I received it. Was well thought out and more than sufficient and the assembly video I found on their website was super detailed and helpful. It is extremely heavy and I can tell it is a good durable bike. Overall, I’m pleased but they are a real company despite BBB saying they are out of business.
The bike arrived defective: making grinding sound; the assist has a long lag after pedaling and kicks very strong and sudden.
Customer service acknowledged the issue, asked me to do a series of steps trying to adjust the bike without success. When I asked for a return and refund, they reminded me about their return policy, where they have $180 shipping charge…

Good strong bike. Very quite and a very smooth ride. It gets up to speed pretty quick.
I bought this bike for my wife after couple of times riding, she's gotten used to the bike. Battery lasting along time after 20 miles of riding only half the battery gotten used only. Putting it together was not easy nor it was hard. Instructions should have been provided but I was able to get on their website. Check on your order because it took over a month to get mine. Over all we're very happy with our purchase.
After purchasing, receiving my shipment took nearly a month, BUT I was able to stay in touch with customer service on multiple platforms to be able to know when my bike would arrive. Customer service was consistent and helpful. Assembly was simple and straightforward. The bike is beautiful and so fun to ride, it takes you anywhere you want to go. I live in a hilly town so bike rides were previously difficult to be able to go long distances without getting too tired before you could cover any distance. With this bike, I’m able to ride all across town if I choose to do so, it really provides a lot of freedom to explore.
My first EBike and I love the look and ride.
