Great bike for the purchase price. Powerful starts. Haven't been on a long ride yet.
I'm 68 and haven't rode a bike in 50 some years. We decided to shop around for an E bike and learned there are many options and price points. We decided Jasion was the best overall option and it was a perfect match. My wife is having issues with her hips and knees, but has said with time and practice she'll be riding soon. We did order the Ergo seats and that was also a great improvement to our comfort. Assembly was a breeze even without the manual, but I know it was available online and you tube. With the new popularity of E biking its no doubt Jasion is swamped with back orders. Be patient as its worth the wait, or go to a shop and pay $3,000 or more for nothing different.
Not gonna lie at first I thought I got scammed, the advertisement says ships in 3 to 5 business days but what they don’t tell you is that presale means it doesn’t ship for potentially months so not 3 to 5 business days. Even the confirmation email I received said 3 to 5 business days. However, they were responsive after a couple days and shipped my bike and I received it. Was well thought out and more than sufficient and the assembly video I found on their website was super detailed and helpful. It is extremely heavy and I can tell it is a good durable bike. Overall, I’m pleased but they are a real company despite BBB saying they are out of business.

The bike arrived defective: making grinding sound; the assist has a long lag after pedaling and kicks very strong and sudden.
Customer service acknowledged the issue, asked me to do a series of steps trying to adjust the bike without success. When I asked for a return and refund, they reminded me about their return policy, where they have $180 shipping charge…
I purchased a combo for me and my wife.
My bike has arrived and hers will here next week.
I have no complaints.

Received the bile and very easy assembly and easy to understand the operation. Have ridden the bike and found out very powerful . Will buy again.
As a retired engineer, I am very impressed with these bikes. Not only were they packed well, easily assembled, they work perfectly. I am surprised they both are able to hit 25mph without pedaling, and that speed is way faster than I care to go to tell the truth! The build and quality of the welds and fits are beyond my expectations, and the bikes are a blast to ride! They were worth the 2 week wait!

Pretty easy to assemble, some instructions weren't very clear. Once together though the bike is a blast. Easy power button, nice display. Easy adjust handlebars and seat. Power assist is fun. The seat itself is in need of exchange..ouch.
It goes so fast. Got it to 30 mph before I had to slow down. Love it

I am impressed with the quality and how sturdy/strong the X-Hunter is. it is heavy, but I guess that comes with the strength and big wheels. Lots of power. I weigh over 300 lbs and it has plenty of torque with a top speed of over 25 mph. I can’t figure out how to turn on cruise control and they did not really provide any information on how to set up the computer on it, but there are some videos online that tell how to increase the top speed. It looks like with my weight it gets about 20-30 miles per charge, which is not bad, but I will probably buy a second battery for my application. I wish it folded a little narrower and easier also, but those 4” wide wheels are a limiting factor.

I bought the combo for my wife and I and we have loved them! I love how easily I could attach the trailer to pull the kids. We love the pedal assist and the different speeds so we can cruise with the kids or fly across town! I work from home and our town is some what small and i have not used my car for anything around town. I love riding the bike now! The kids love going on the bike rides too!
Have not put alot of miles on yet. PROs: shipping box/packing was good, minimal assembly req’d, no extra tools needed, finish quality very good, rack is very solid, everything worked. CONs: brakes are weak, owners manual lacks detail, lacks folding pedals, power delivery somewhat abrupt.
Fast, lots of torque, all terrain for sure and well built. A one month lead time is worth the wait.

Amazingly well built bike! Easy to handle and a delight to ride. I had questions for the support people and they were answered promptly and politely. One down-side is the seat isn’t real comfortable but that’s an easy fix. We have recommended your bikes and company to our friends.

I bought this bike for my wife after couple of times riding, she's gotten used to the bike. Battery lasting along time after 20 miles of riding only half the battery gotten used only. Putting it together was not easy nor it was hard. Instructions should have been provided but I was able to get on their website. Check on your order because it took over a month to get mine. Over all we're very happy with our purchase.
