What's your shipping policy?
Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.

The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I bought the combo for my wife and I and we have loved them! I love how easily I could attach the trailer to pull the kids. We love the pedal assist and the different speeds so we can cruise with the kids or fly across town! I work from home and our town is some what small and i have not used my car for anything around town. I love riding the bike now! The kids love going on the bike rides too!
I've been riding it for a week now and really like everything about it. Updated features and so on. I ordered the combo deal of two EB7's but only one was shipped for now and the other one is backordered for two weeks. The tail light standoff bolt was bent out of the box and plastic craecked, but Jasion is working on getting a replacement sent. The welds look great. I'm happy, but would like the other bike to arrive so both my Wife and I could ride together.
We have loved our bikes! We got the EB7 and EB7 ST combo. Jasion is the only one that has awesome combos at a good price, I would know, 1 looked around for weeks! I love how easy I was able to add the kid trailer and pull the kids around too! We live in a small town and I use my bike for everything, going to kids soccer practice, quick grocery trip, doctor appointments and going to the gym. I almost want to buy another combo to just have extra bikes for when friends come and visit!
I am 63 years old and looking for away to exercise my legs! Wow what an experience right out of the chute! Putting the bike together out of the box was so easy. The battery came with a full charge so I got to ride right away. Oh man was it such a thrill! It took not time to get a comfortable feel for the bike and off I went. Riding a bike now will be a blast not to mention the exercise I will be getting.

I am thrilled with the quality of the 1 bike received from the purchase of the combo. I am disappointed with the lack of communication from Jason regarding the missing second bike and lack of response to my phone calls and emails. Your statements that my order has been fulfilled is very misleading considering that only half of the order has been shipped and received. I am eagerly awaiting my missing 2nd bike so that my husband and I can go riding together. The price of the offer combo offer is great.
